Provisional FY 26 Fringe Rates

The provisional FY26 Fringe Benefit Rates have been announced as of 3/28/2025, and is available on BFPP’s Rate Schedule page. These rates will go into effect as of July 1st, 2025. Proposals will be asked to be updated to the provisional fringe benefit rates in your proposal budget if start date is after July 1st. 

The SPA Budget Template has been updated to reflect the FY26 Fringe Benefit Rates and is available on the Documents and Resources section of the website here.
